WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR SESSIONS AND MEMBERSHIP?

We have a range of pricing options depending on your specific goals and needs. Please send us an email or call us to arrange for a consultation. We offer basic packages of 3, 6, and 12 months combined with options to bundle additional services. From the outset, you will see that each program is CUSTOMIZED for YOU.

IS THERE ANY FEE TO JOIN?

No. We are a private studio and do not sell commercial memberships. You only pay for your program with us.

WHAT COMES WITH THE BASIC TRAINING PACKAGES?

All of our packages provide you with every necessary tool in order to see maximum results in your fitness goals. To complement the work you and your trainer do together in the studio, we have partnered up with TheFitBot.com–a members-only online program where your trainer can assign you extra work or provide you alternative workouts if you are going to be traveling or in need of extra work. You are also welcome to come in and use the Studio on your own between 9a-5p.

WILL MY TRAINER HELP WITH NUTRITION?

We are the only studio in our area to be partnered with Balanced Habits and offer a comprehensive nutrition program for a very worth it added fee. All of our trainers are coached in nutrition and can certainly help outside of our structured programs as well.

WHAT ABOUT MEASUREMENTS?

Your measurements, including weight, body fat, and Lean Mass measurements, will be taken monthly to keep track of your progress. We use InBody technology to track essential measurements.

In our Balanced Habits program, you are assessed on a weekly basis via scale and measuring tape measurements.

CAN I PURCHASE JUST A FEW SESSIONs?

Our programs are all designed using sequential steps to achieve client goals. We take great pride in our clients’ results and cannot guarantee them if this map is not followed. As a result, we do not offer single training sessions. We offer entire programs (which are WAY better!)

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Training sessions are 50-60 minutes.

CAN MY TRAINER TRAIN ME AT HOME?

Yes, they can! Travel sessions incur a small supplemental fee to our In-House sessions.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SESSIONS IF I CANCEL?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. You are able to reschedule a session without forfeiture if its rescheduled within 24 hours.

CAN MY TRAINING MEMBERSHIP BE PLACED ON HOLD IF I TRAVEL?

We have a very comprehensive online training program that allows you to virtually train with your trainer while you’re away! Whether you are in a hotel, a gym, or in the middle of nowhere with no equipment, as long as you can get on the internet, you never have to take a pause in your fitness program.

For time spent away of 2 weeks or less, we encourage you to make up to-be-missed sessions with us before and after you travel. Your trainer will also provide homework for you to do while you’re away.

For time spent away greater than 2 weeks, your missed time with us will be added to the end of your commitment so that no time is lost. Your billing cycle stays the same, but your package is extended. Your trainer will also provide homework for you to do while you’re away.
